How to Simulate Circuits
With the development of Computer Aided Design in Electronics Design, there are many many simulation program that can help engineer design the circuit before they are actually built.
And as an EE man, I have also learned many many software and spice language . So today I made a small list of them.
| Cadence OrCAD | PSpice |
| Linear Technology | LTSpice |
| National Instrument | NI Multisim |
| Synopsys | Saber |
| Synopsys | HSpice |
| SIMetrix Technology | SIMetrix and SIMPLIS |
| Cadence | Spectre |
| Spectrum Software | Micro-Cap |
| Design Soft | Tina Pro |
| Intusoft | ICAP4 |
Maybe you know some of them, I just know about Pspice from Cadence OrCAD. Pspice is very widely used simulation tools which can preliminarily test your circuit in computer. And among semiconductor suppliers, PSpice files is always the first choice of semiconductor manufacturer. So in my series course, I will only cover how to simulate circuits with Pspice.
Category:
Part 1 Pspice with Basic Circuit
1.1 Amplifier and Feedback Circuit with Stability
1.2 Filter with Customized Bandwidth
1.3 DC-DC Investigation
1.4 Differential Signal Amplifier with Common Voltage
